My services cater to people who want to learn online, people who enjoy the flexibility and comfort of personal training as well as to people who want to join an offline training group.

Online Courses

“Resolution” aims to improve body awareness in order to mitigate pain and discomfort as well as to enhance physical prowess. The course requires minimal equipment and can be done anywhere.

Group Sessions

In offline sessions, we practice the fundamentals of physical health and longevity. Improving and maintaining abilities and skills (strength, endurance, coordination, mindfulness…) are at the heart of the training sessions.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions cater to the individual needs and unique life history. We can schedule a meeting online or offline. If I am not the right person for your goals, I won’t hesitate to refer you to someone who can help you better.
