Art of Recreation

AOR is a free toolbox one may use to plan and track training.

  1. Download the App notion (Playstore, Appstore) and sign in (for free).
  2. Use this link to open the AOR template.
  3. Use the button on the top right corner and press “duplicate”. Done

Group Sessions

In offline sessions, we practice the fundamentals of physical health and longevity. Improving and maintaining abilities and skills (strength, endurance, coordination, mindfulness…) are at the heart of the training sessions.

Personal Training

Personal training sessions cater to the individual needs and unique life history. We can schedule a meeting online or offline. If I am not the right person for your goals, I won’t hesitate to refer you to someone who can help you better.
